Kratos for the mass murder, he has way to many powers, weapons, and physically superior abilities for the team to even come close to taking him.
Physical: Kratos stopped the full might of Cronos (a Titan that stands roughly 350 ft. tall) hand from crushing him, fell from the top of Mt. Olympus (a height of 9,570 ft) to the river Styx deep with in the Underworld and was completely unharmed and has enough reflex speed to dodge/deflect lighting from Zeus.
Equipment: Golden Fleece, a golden arm gauntlet that allows the wearer to deflect all projectiles back; Wings of Icarus, grant the ability to fly/glide; the Boots of Hermes, allow wearer to run at great speeds, making it possible to even run up or along walls; Oath Stone of Orkos, allows user to escape any ensnarement by creating a doppelganger in their place.
Magic: Rage of the Gods/Titans/Sparta (focusing on Titans since it's the most powerful out of the three), The becomes covered in flame, while increasing the users physical power, 3x his strength, 4x durability, and becoming completely unfazed by attacks (wont flinch/get knocked back); Thunderbolts of Zeus, are bolts of lightning that can be thrown at enemies; Fire of Ares/Ice of Poseidon/Lightning of Zeus/Soul of Hades, are magical abilities that empower the blades of Chaos/Athena/Exile with elemental and magical powers; Poseidon's Rage, allows the uses to call down a maelstrom of lightning; Army of Hades, allows the user to conjure immortal spirits for a period of time, the spirits are very powerful and posses the ability to fly and go the solid objects.
Weapons: Blades of Chaos/Athena/Exile (focusing on Exile since they seem to be the most powerful version), are magically embed short swords connected to chains giving the wielder the ability to use them in short- mid range combat and can be use to grab enemies from a distance, The Blades of Exile grant him the power to surround him self with a Phalanx and then blacken the sky with a rain of arrows; Claws of Hades, the wielder can summon spirits of many dead creatures (humans, Cerberus, Chimera, Cyclops, etc.) as well as rip the soul of their enemy/victim out; Nemean Cestus, fist gauntlets greatly increase physical strength when delivering blows, like the Blades, the Nemean can be used in short- mid range combat; Blade of Olympus, a large sword possessing devastating power, the sword was used to slay all the titans (keep in mind the titans stood around 350 ft tall) in one blast, the sword can be used in short- long range able to fire powerful magical blast from it.
If he has his god powers then we can include a huge power boost, gaining an increase in magic and physical power, the ability to grow 100 ft tall, and the power to sense/see other beings anywhere on the world (all gods apparently possess this ability made as shown when Ares knew Kratos had Pandora's Box and was about to leave the temple with it even though Ares was all the in Athens, he then proceeded to hurl a giant spike at Kratos exact location, Zeus has even stated watching mortals from the top of Mt. Olympus as well as other gods claiming to have been watching Kratos during his journey's).
I would have added Medusa's head to the list but since the Symbiotes protect the host from the Penance Stare, then i feel as though Medusa's Gaze would not work against them, but this doesn't take away from the fact that Kratos would completely destroy them and given god mode would decimate them.
