First of all: I don't know if this is supposed to be in the fan-fic section or off-topic.
  Second this is my idea of what would be succesfull for the third nolan movie.
The characters goes under great chance to fit in the nolanverse. 
iN THE STORY BATMAN SHOULD STILL STOP CRIME AND the police try to stop him.
So the confirmed villains are catwoman and bane.
First catwoman
catwoman should be more high-tech than the comic version. 
She should be more like a female cat-themed Batman.
Her costume should be more armored but still beautifull for a woman.
She would have a lot of money because her father a crime-lord died and she recieved her dad's money. 
Conflicted with her father's dead she goes stealing diamonds and money.
But in one scene she saves a person so you see that the character is actually a pretty "good" person. 
Her relationship with Batman should be at the beginning competitive and towards the end more romantic. Batman must be confused about his feelings towards catwoman.
Then bane: Bane should be a combat master
                   and a tactical genuis.
He must have a plan and he should be very intelligent.
He should use catwoman in his plan without catwoman knowing she is being used.
Bane should altleast shout one time "I'm going to breake you Batman."
Then the venom. I find this part tricky.
I think the venom should be a compound of adrenaline and other stuff.
Making 30% stronger and highly restance against pain.
He should wear his mask but the rest of the costume should be more normal. (Like a jeans and a shirt with some gloves and other thing)
If you think I made some huge mistakes point me to them. Improve my story to add some ideas and tell your one ideas.

Are his testings a ritual from OCD. I don't know Ocd is that you have to do something (a ritual, washing hands) or you feel very bad and are affraid that something will happen to you or somebody else. Well does sinister have that condition.

It is cool and V mask is also very cool. No, I also tried it but I was afraid to brake it.
