God, TMNT looks incredible. I've never picked up a comic - and have little to no recollection of the TV show (from years back). Is it a good place to start?
I'm going to pick up the #1's, and then trade-wait (in case it gets rave appreciation from the comic book community). I really like Fraction and Allred (and have nothing against Bagley), for the most part, but I'm in the process of reading both the Lee/Kirby/Ditko and Hickman Fantastic Four - and thus don't want to read a third series at the same fragging time.
We have too few psychologist superheroes. I don't know if it would be a great fit for Clark, though I have a hard time imagening him in any other workfield than journalism. So he'll probably just start up his own paper, or rather blog. DC seems to run with the changing world of journalism and the medium being used.Either a little bit ironic, or extremely self-aware.
It must be fantastic to have that kind of freedom, and with a writer like Scott I'm not going to complain. I love his work and just pray he continues to be great - and not fall victim to blandness. Which I don't think he will, but I've always been a pessimist. ; )
