So will the third army and the first lantern have any bearing on Pandora's plans or the trinity war? Maybe she's one of the reasons the guardians have gone off the rails? I mean the third army seems like a big enough crisis to be involved in the war?

I'd say her plan pretty much counts on the Third Army being stopped, given that said plan revolves around certain individuals NOT being turned into mouthless blue monsters devoid of individual will or thought.

The third army is dead. They died in two panels.
