I am just happy that they are not putting a new Batman, Superman or Justice League title out there.
It is a step in the right direction by DC in that they are going back out into the fringe. As for if Iwill be getting this? Its not the kind of title that I read but I think others will like it and I like that. If it gets good reviews, I may end up picking it up on a monthly basis.
It is "the Vampire Diaries" from the CW show. It has a preview on the Heat Vision website. I would post some pages of it but this piece of sh#t website doesn't allow web phones to post pictures.
The #1 issue is scheduled for Jan 8 and will be a monthly title. The writer is Colleen Doran and the artist is Tony Shasteen.
@jeanralphio: Catwoman sells a good amount of comics each month. Maybe its because people enjoy the title. Compare mrs nocenti's catwoman to mr Layman's fill-in issue. You will see that hers is wayyyy better. She can drive a large story arc such as the Gotham Underground story and at the sametime keeping each issue very entertaining and leaving you wanting more at the end of each month. Mr Layman's issue was unimaginative and full of scenes that forced you into suspension of disbelief (I counted 4 times in his fill in issue).
@trodorne: the art hasn't been that bad for me, but I'm angry that they haven't setup to start a second regular series. I want a MotU series and at Etheria/Frightzone series :p
@trodorne: I cantt wait to see sheRa and shadow weaver back in the comic! I would go so far as to say that I like the MotU character, better than my Dc characters :)
