Oh, and , the Joker wouldn't be shot in the face by the Punisher any more than: Bullseye, Kingpin, Doctor Octopus, Green Goblin, Electro, Sandman, Carnage, Taskmaster, etc etc etc.

Sure the Joker could be shot in the face. Death is a joke in the funny books, so he would just return with a hole in his head rather than without a face.

Hulk 2003 was obviously larger, and faster (Hulk vs the helicopters scene illustrates that) than the 2008 Hulk. I would wager Hulk 2003 is likely stronger as well. Plus he's got that impressive leaping ability straight out of the comics.

Hulk 2008 .... well .... he's more ripped and not as bulky! :)

2003 >>> 2008

Well, before getting shot in the face by the Punisher, I would think the Joker would atleast make a Wild Dog reference towards Frank and his lack of a Hockey Mask.

According to the Kirby documentary found on the 2007 SE of Fantastic Four, one of the biggest issues Kirby had with Marvel as well as DC, was that both companies refused to allow Kirby and other artists the artwork they would submit to be returned to them. It's been said Kirby felt Stan could have done something to sway Marvel to give back Kirby's artwork, but Stan remained quiet on the subject which caused some resentment on Kirby's part. In addition to that, much of Kirby's time with Marvel/DC also refused to acknowledge any sort of royalty/payment in regards to character's created or co-created by artists like Kirby as well.

Of course this would eventually change, but Kirby's prime years were essentially not nearly as rewarding for artists as they would later come to be.

Watched it last night, and felt it was a very good adaptation of Frank Miller's DKR. Sure, there was some instances where I felt Miller's work was more dramatic than what we saw in the animated film, but there wasn't many occurrences of this, and overall felt the people involved with Part 1 did a good job at streamlining the first half of the story, while at the same time being faithful to the source material.

VERY much looking forward to Part 2. This was a story I've been waiting on for years to see some sort of adaptation, and to be perfectly honest, I can't say I was disappointed. WB/DC Animation did a wonderful job.

Always liked Harley.

Doesn't matter if it's the animated series, her own title, Gotham City Sirens, or now with Suicide Squad, she's an amazing character.
