I am considering a battle scenario against Nebula, deadly space commander who has killed millions and destroyed Firelord's homeworld of Xander. Nebula like most female characters has always been an extension of a more popular male character who is more deeply developed. Nebula always clained Thanos of Titan as her grandfather and even her direct parentage remained murky. Nebula was bloodthirsty and she was placed among Gamora's league of deadliest female warriors, The Graces. That story arc never fleshed out and the reasons for these disparate lady aggressors to join forces never gathered much dust. Cerise of former Excalibur membership suddenly reenters relevance and considered on par with 2 combatants dedicated to the murder of Thanos, someone who has gained omnipotence on multiple occasions, as well as a planet colonizer and an alleged Celestial buster. But back to Nebula, writers who exploit her character history would have a field day with her obsessive compulsion for recognition that has fuelled the cold murderer that momentarily achieved absolute authority when she grasped the Infinity Gauntlet from Thanos' clutches.
