As evidenced by Thor's attack that powers him to 400% and may be a design to deal specifically with what Whiplash did.

When he versed Iron Monger his suit was running on his original Arc reactor that didn't have the power

So I believe he will solo his enemies with ease

As for strength he lifts an entire continent of kryptonite after being stabbed by kryptonite

I doubt Hulk could even phase him and he's too fast for lightning
