She had a pretty big crush on Trauma for a while during Avengers Academy. I didn't follow her much after that, so she may be venting on that whole thing with him since it was built around a misconception. She totally thought he was a slayer of deities and it turned out he really isn't, but he sure can evoke some nightmares with his powers. He largely tried to ignore her advances but she was smitten. I totally agree with the statement that she is not a man hater. She's just serious about being on the same playing field.

I don't think it's going to extremes to draw folks who can punch whole through tanks actually look like they can do it. Whenever I hear about folks with super strength, I expect to see some muscle mass, and depending on how comically ridiculous strong they are, I expect to see it in the body unless through some magical spell its concealed. I flippan love the new glory look. She's very feminine and cute. Her body reflects all the fighting she has done and the damage that has been inflicted on to her, which is hella amazingly cool to see folks who actually get messed up and have the scars to show the recovery in a comic (especially on a woman). I'm guessing Glory's new look isn't your cup of tea, and that's cool, but I LOVE it. Her standing on the mountain of corpse creatures looking fierce with her hair blowing in the wind is what made me pick the book up in the first place.

Midnighter beats Batman in any book/universe save for Batman’s own book for some crazy unearthly, unheard, of non-pragmatic mystical reason. Superman’s charge outlasts Apollo’s so he’d win after a city/state leveling battle that last a few hours. This is also given were talking about WildStorm Apollo and not DCu. DCu Appollo seems to have these silly spells and drain himself ridiculously fast over feels or what nots I assume. If we’re talking about Ross Campbell’s Glory, then we are talking about a bangin’ fight! That one would be alongside the Apollo and Superman fight. It would be a good fight through and through, but in the end I see Glory wining with her berserk hybrid form. It would be really close though once Wonder Woman dropped pretenses, took off the cuffs, and let it all hit the fan. Wow, I’d pay money to watch these fights from space.

@Kairan1979: if this is true, then I will totally be down with this new turnabout bc Amanda had kids, and that was one of the points I was flipping over. Amanda as a legacy character is acceptable as long as its realized that it is not the same person whose been around trendsetting for years. Id probably go catch up to whats happening in Suicide Squad then. You'll have to let me know about this new development if it pans out as such.

@The Mighty Monarch: for me its followed by what they did to Red Hood and the Outlaws, there is no reason with a team roster like that I shouldn't have loved everything about that book, but they somehow did it....and that gawd awful chinspike on Midnighter, and that's just a shallowtastic change that can easily be weighted. I just feel its one of those giant middle finger bc we can sort of things, like really... BTW its a fabulous video!!!

Its a good read, but this was something that was bothering the jack shiz outta me once I looked past "forced awkward sexy time". I keep reading the series as if these are her starter days as catwoman, but there not and her lack of forsight and planing tends to be pretty painful at times. I wonder what reason one has for why she acts as so.
