Bruce would almost certainly not get along with Tony. Tony would probably come to hate Bruce in time too. If there ever were a pair born to hate each others guts, it's Bruce and Tony.

Honestly, Bruce is just a hard person to get along with when he isn't in 'faking it civilian identity' mode. Over the years he has knocked the tar out of pretty much all of his sidekicks when it didn't seem necessary at all, treated Afred like garbage and intimidated or bullied half the JLA. He's just one of those guys. Smart, driven and a total jerk. I've worked with guys like that. Hard to like but easy to respect. Bruce is one of those people turned up to comic book levels.
