In terms of H2H skill, it's been established that Captain America is adept at every hand-to-hand form of martial arts which means he knows more than enough to counter every form, which is why I would put Cap as Batman's equal in terms of skill with Batman probably being a bit better. Cap has an advantage in every other physical aspect. He's not just peak human. I feel like that term is overused now... Cap is the 'peak of human evolution' which classes him as enhanced human. He's at a stage where humans now cannot reach.
As for the battle here, I'd give it 7/10 to Marvel.
