I'd say Joker would be a little better in all physical areas but would lose due to Batman being a master MA.

I've seen scans showing his MA isn't that good, only a really simple form but then I've seen other scans saying he was adept at every form of MA. Can anyone clarify this?

How would you compare it to Spider-Man's Spider Sense in terms of effectiveness?
