What if DC had been bought by Marvel; Wolverine's X men

I once read that Marvel had once tried to by DC before DC folded into Warner, mainly due to the reluctance of DC to sell Superman and Batman? But, what if? What would have a DC-Marvel merger have looked like?

What would it have done to the X men?

DC's metahuman population has never truly had a issue like the X men, so how would they have done as X Men

The following is a theoretical X men Roster, using some popular X men, and popular DC mutant team. Because I find Cyclops annoying these days...I will use Wolverine's team as a base

  • She's a long time X men, and she's hot

  • If we're merging the two worlds, DC's love of sidekicks obviously means that the big canadian's 'sidekick' comes in to. Lets also forget her Vampirisim

  • She's one of Wolverine's 'daughters', like the two above and one below, I'd use X-23 but lets save her for a DC-Marvel Teen Titans team

  • While normally a Teen Titan, she does do work with the X men when needed

  • If Batman can work with Robin and Batgirl, Wolverine can work with Jubilee and Armor

  • What, a merger could bring him back to life

  • The senior teenager is necessary

  • The tech genius is also necessary

  • You can't have Miss Mississippi without Mr. Cajun, can you?

  • He's born with his Electrokinesis, and its less common in the Marvel universe

  • Vibe, like Nightcrawler, can be brought back.

  • She is perhaps DC's most famous Mutant whose powers she had at birth, and not have a connection to chemicals or aliens
