@SSully: Try Greg Rucka's Punisher series (the entire thing should be in trades now (theres about 20 or so issues)) which ends in the 5 issues limited War Zone series that ended about 2 or 3 weeks ago.
Anything Daredevil. I suggest Frank Miller's run, then read Guardian Devil by Kevin Smith, Bendis' run is supposed to be good (although I never read it) and Brubaker's run was great or you can just go straight into Mark Waid's (also wrote Kingdome Come) Eisner winning on-going.
Incognito vol 1 and 2 by Brubaker
The latest volume of Scarlet Spider is a very fun read
Hawkeye by Matt Fraction (It's only about 8 issues in so finding the back issues shouldn't be that hard)
Scott Snyder's Batman is great and there's already 2 trade paperbacks
I would suggest Superior Spider-Man, but it's useless without having read the last arc of Amazing Spider-Man.
Indestructible Hulk by Mark Waid (same writer as Kingdome Come)
Venom by Rick Remender (then if you want you can continue into Cullen Bunn's continuation)
The Sixth Gun by Cullen Bunn (STRONGLY RECOMMEND)
Finally I'll end my long list of recommendations with some X-Men titles
All-New X-Men
Uncanny X-Men
Cable and the X-Force
Wolverine and the X-Men
Alright dude, things got way out of hand, but here you go. These are among my favorite ongoing titles or arcs that I have read. Good Luck!!
P.S. This might be helpful if you're big on Batman http://www.comicvine.com/myvine/the_poet/cvs-top-100-batman-universe-stories-list/75-37582/
Enjoy!
