@PowerHerc: The short answer is yes, sort of. The long answer is no, not really. He attacked the FF as a result of his suit/powers driving him insane. Xavier showed up, stepped in to stop the conflict, and Madrox went to live at Muir Island. He never had a career as a villain, which the OP seems to be assuming he had. It's not as if he's recently reformed or anything.

Don't get it twisted: she's suing for child support and lost income. The money actually has nothing to do with 9/11. That bit is just extra flavor in the crazy sauce that constitutes her court papers. The zillions are a completely separate issue from those previously mentioned, and are the proceeds from a singular poker chip, apparently.
