"Brainiac f'd Lana up and appeared to take off with Supergirl through a Boom Tub (Darkseid anyone?)Clark still didn't fly.All roads lead to Lex as far as Swan's daughter's death is concerned.A lil something extra, Lois and Jimmy team up as reporter and photographer for the first time.Lionel had a nervous brakedown.Thats about it I think."
dude lanas dead"
No Brainiac told Clark that he simply adjusted her central nervous system, so he is the one who controls her every breath, movement and that Lana is still alive and aware of everything going on around her but she just cannot respond to anything. Also the process is completely reversible by Brainiac only. Oh, and also Lana is in excruciating pain.
"so the whole thing with supergirl teaching clark to fly didn't happen?"
She started to and he b!tched out."
That annoyed the %$&£ out of me. Clark must know that he has the power to, he was doing it as far back as season 1 (waking up hovering). You know you can fly, you've been told it's easy AND you're invulnerable, so you have no concerns over falling: why would you not learn, what reason could you possibly have for not doing it years ago?
Anyway, exciting news that Darkseid may well be turning up."
I said it once and I'm going to say it again, Veritas was meant to be the season finale beacuse of the writer's strike and in the original script he flew, but because the strike was now over they changed, edited, replayed some parts so he didn't fly.
"I am not testing the validity of that story but I will say that Clark in that story may have inspired the true Superman. Only time will tell....and not Cosmic Sentinel. "
Did you read the link I posted. It is a fictional blog... Or am I missing the joke and looking like a
I'm thinking about how they are going to present him visually. I mean it must be a challenge to pull of something like this on an actor without making him look ridiculous:
maybe they could do the CGI thing they did on Bizarro.
Hmmm, first Brainiac, then Zod, then Bizarro, then Zor-El and now possibly Darkseid, a lot of people will be disappointed for dissing the show if he ever truly appears. Post Edited:2008-03-31 04:13:20
"I don't think I'd say he's more than human, he just takes his human abilities to the step beyond. He pushes himself to be better, and that's just something nobody else really bothers with."
We all push to be better than what we are, that's how I got this far in my life. "
well yeah, but do you spend hours working out, dedicated to take out crime one punch at a time? lol"
Not crime but there are other things which are similarly challenging.

"I can only hope that Batman Gotham Knight is better than New Frontier... personally I think New Frontier was trash..choppy story.. tried to fit too much in...praying for a better show with this one..."
Shhh...don't let others hear you stay stuff like this I had to hide for months when I made a similar comment about Frank Miller. Post Edited:2008-03-29 14:15:38
