@kagato: exactly, those series aren't working, Resurrection Man, Voodoo and Captain Atom are working. Its stuff like this that makes me realize that its all about business not art...
I loved this movie so much, but i think Dwayne McDuffie would've been disappointed that Phil Lamarr wasn't invited to join in on the fun. As much as i like Nathan Fillion, all the other voices are from the tv show, so why isn't John Stewart featured instead of Hal?
I'm a huge Beyond universe fan, but that Superman one shot was really lame, it wasted all it's potential. So i'm glad that writer isn't attached, and although i've never read anything by Kruhl, I'm excited and I'll definitely pick this up
@sinful: I agree. He messed up, listened to the criticisms, ret-conned them in, and then pretended they were always going to be that way. Rather clever
Someone should update this article and 'Blinks" page because Blink's first appearance was in the arc 'Blink' (in Legends of the Dark Knight 156-158) also written by Dwayne McDuffie it follows Blink as he witnesses a crime while grifting someone who turns out to be a murderer, We see that he was a criminal in this and by the end Batman convinces him to give up crime. They should've reissued that before they did 164-167. Or maybe put them both together, reissuing the sequel before the first is silly and means that people miss important character details etc.
