I think for villains mini series work best. They give you a glimpse into the villains mind without making you bored of them.
The downside of Villains having their own monthly series is that if have their story plots to deal with, they are no longer around to cause trouble for the heroes.
Just a few comic book signature lines that stick in my head. "Up up and away!" -Superman "It's Clobbering Time!" -The Thing "Criminals are a a Superstitious Cowardly Lot!" -Batman "Hulk Smash!!!!" - ??? ;-) "Make it so!!" -Captain Picard "This looks like a job for Superman!" - Clark Kent or is it Superman? "Spoon!!" - The Tick. "Purrfect" - Catwoman (I think the Eartha Kitt version in particular) "Face it Tiger, you just hit the Jackpot" - Mary Jane
