In a straight out fight, most likely Doom (last I checked, he has an Asguardian Heart). Yet if Loki were to use his illusions, he could trick Doom into killing himself or something (like he did to Bor)

@UltimateHero0406: The Anti-Spiral was also all powerful in their Dimension. TTGL had an absolute 0% chance of victory. But they still won.
