I have personally only been to one midnight premiere of a movie. It was for Star Wars episode 3. I am not the kind of person to get dressed up myself, but I did enjoy the atmosphere and some peoples costumes were really cool. I will be going to the midnight showing of the Dark Knight Rises next week and I was wondering what everyone does when they go see a premiere like that. Just curious to hear the different ways people connect with the movie and have a good time.
I don't get any quest credit for any videos. I have watched them on Firefox and IE and it never counts toward my quests. I know I am watching the right videos and it looks like this problem has been going on for a while and I am not the only one. I would really just like an answer. Any one will do. Even if it say that no one is working on it and never will. Thanks.
Who do you think should have their own movie,if anyone, before the Justice League movie? I would guess the Flash. Even though his comic is awesome and Geoff Johns is making him a BA, I don't think the general population will be able to shake the current image of Aquaman that they have in mind. Wonder Woman would be good, but lady super movies don't generally do as well. Thoughts?
Now that The Amazing Spiderman has been out for a few days, I have a feeling that it is going to finish third among the three big comic films this summer. I could be wrong, but for the sake of this post, let's say it will. My question is, does anyone think that the Dark Knight Rises can beat out the Avengers for highest grossing opening weekend? Also do you think it can beat Avengers in total domestic sales? Remember this question is about $$$$ only. I have little doubt that Batman will be the better overall movie, but will it make more money?

The Avengers has had a significant boost in sales because of the 3D surcharge. Batman will not have that same luxury.
You probably shouldn't take the kids to see Batman. The Avengers was pretty kid safe.
I think Marvel did a good job setting up the Avengers movie with the individual character movies and that may have helped bring together a wider set of fans.
I have heard some people say that Nolan makes the Batman stories too complicated (these people would be idiots) and that might prevent some Batman fans from coming out opening weekend.
I have all the monthlies on sale on ebay right now. The whole series. But if you can get them at your local shop and you go back as far as issue 20 that starts the other world arc. Issue 25 starts the current arc. I would try to go back to at least to issue 8 though. That starts the Dark Angel Saga.
Which of these are people liking better? I am inclined to say Superman. I just find that Morrison is all over the place with his AC run and am rarely wowed. Superman isn't my favorite book, but I do find it entertaining and at least understandable. I actually like the Perez stuff. Thoughts?
