I dont recall him starving when he fought the Phoenix... and Abraxas is not as powerful as Anti Monitor or a 5th Dimensional Imp..."

Maybe I have something wrong, but isn't Abraxas is what happened in a story line where Galactus died? It was said that was the point of Galactus existense in that story (to keep Abraxas from becoming). And yes, Galactus was a hungry jack. He is always hungry when he is defeated. Thje only time he hasn't and still beat was against Thanos with his beat it glove."

Actually Abraxas had defeated multiple versions of Galactus... and even if Galactus was full fed... Phoenix in its highest form would still defeat him... every one I had listed were High Level Reality Warpers... they are all Universal Busters... I cant see Galactus defeating someone of that level"

They may be, but who says the Majestic is to their level.
