If I were to create a Justice League International team I would want it to be a very large U.N. sponsored team with heroes from all over the world. I would keep the team on a rotating roster in order to send the best hero for the job.
Superman would join because he's Superman and would want to protect the whole planet.
Wonder Woman would join for the same reasons as Superman.
Icon would be a bit reluctant at first but would join for the greater good.
John would be very reluctant to join this team but could be bribed to help when needed.
As a Green Lantern John would want to protect the whole earth as well as all of 2814.
After dealing with the rot Buddy would be willing to do more. He is also not above using the fame to help in his animal rights campaign as well.
Vixen would be eager to work with Buddy.
Arthur would be more than willing to join the fight to save the World.
Mera would join by her husband's side.
After dealing with the rot Alec would be willing to join the fight to save the Planet.
Abby would join to give insight into the rot.
Madame Xanadu would always be willing to help.
Batman would be involved on a very part-time basis.
Barry will follow the his Justice League teammates to the JLI.
Hardware will form a JLI tech division.
J'onn would want to protect his second home.
When Hal returns he will want to join the other lanterns and protect Earth.
Some how some way Amanda will have a hand in this.
Booster will be welcomed back to the team.
Cyborg will join the JLI's tech division.
