I have been a fan of comics since, forever. I started with Calvin and Hobbes, moved to Tintin, and landed in the DC universe; I'm not really a Marvel fan (movies don't count.) I love South Park, but because I'm a Christian I don't watch the ones about God. My favorite hero is Batman, and my favorite villain is Lex Luther. I know, not very original. My favorite artists are whoever did the interiors for the first half and end of the Majestic: While You Were Out series (too many people are listed for me to figure out exactly who it was, sorry) and Jim Lee. The only artist I can't stand is Alex Ross. Not cool, dude, stop fattening up my heroes. I can't name just one writer as my favorite, but I loved the arcs: Batman: Hush and No Mans Land, Majestic: While You Were Out, Captain Atom: Armageddon, Lex Luther: Man of Steel, Watchmen, and Identity Crisis. I don't get the chance to read individual comics very often (there is only one comic book store in my area and comics get bought fast,) but I do read a lot of comics in graphic novel form. I've enjoyed this site a lot and thought that it was about time for me to contribute to the enjoyment of others.
