Realistically Doom would have changed the armor from what Tony designed it to be and he still has magic so I'm not sure
Dazzler has powers that would be very effective in real life she just uses them for her music career mostly

He was undercover what did you want him to do ? I hate Itachi but the plan was for him to betray the Leaf as decided by the elders and for him to make Sasuke strong and in the end have him return to the Leaf and make amends
