tuff question... if he would kill him,that would save who knows how many lifes,but if he kills him than he would break one of his rules that over the years he tried so hard no to.but here is something to think about....what brought bruce to story arc "The Return of Bruce Wayne"? Darkseid hit Batman with the Omega Sanction .Why did darkseid do that? beacus batman broke one of his rule,he tried to kill darkseid with the same radion bullet that killed Orion. So if he broke his rule once he might do it again.Maybe his travel through time brought him to make new rules...who knows....we'll just have to wait and see.
