Not really, with DeviantArt, ANYONE can claim to have drawn said image. Or they may take an image and not reference the artist. With there being a page, if it is maintained, on here, the images will be linked to the artist, the character, and whoever posted it, as well as anyone that wants to include it in their own gallery.
Example: Can you identify who are responsible for the following two images?

  http://www.comicvine.com/huntress/29-1690/all-images/108-215954/174930-huntress/105-221223/

Also, tv and movie characters have their own pages, the Hades from Disney's animated Hercules movie, and tv series. I am not entirely familiar with EVERY comic that has been published, but I was not aware that animated movies like Cars, Toy Story, etcetera, were comics. And when web comics are not allowed, yet movies are, etcetera

A rant. I would have posted a thread if I had a question, hence the blog.

And yes, I understand, and understood that moderators have a LOT of stuff to sort through. I was recently informed that the moderators have 47 PAGES of stuff to sort through at the moment.

The page I HAD created, Garrett Blair, has recently been chosen to be deleted because he is not a published artist, which seems unfair, as I ranted, when Angelina Jolie has her own page. Really? Angelina Jolie?

The old method allowed both methods. It just took you either clicking on something from the pull down results, compared to hitting enter and being directed to another page with multiple results

Side note that involves quests, kind of. I started a thread regarding SEARCH options. Do a search for the word "searching" and it should be the first result. Please provide your opinions, and maybe the site might be changed a little

Compare the searches here to one at any other site that you can search. Once you hit enter, a new page appears with multiple results. On comicvine, when you hit enter, the first result on the list, or the highlighted item, is the page you are directed to. When you have multiple quests to do, for example, like the serum quest,

WHICH METHOD of searching would you prefer? Where you can go to one page and have many results, or where you have to hit each page one after the other, where you have to let the page load before you can start another search

Ok, as many of you would know, the searches have changed over the years. It used to be where you could type in a term [example] "NOCTURN", then hit ENTER, and will get any results with that term. These days, when you type in the search term "SERUM", you get three results, but when you hit ENTER, you are directed to the first or highlighted page. When You can not even use the center button on your mouse to open each page in a separate window.

Can someone provide a [hint] list for all of the "9 NIGHTS OF THEATRE" AND "4 ATTRACTIVE LESSONS" please, I'm not a huge fan of watching videos, so I gave up on those after watching like 50 videos and only scoring one point

The third is a drug that many mutants became addicted to as it enhanced abilities, I think

CRAP!! So I tried adding to my first post but it wasn't scrolling down after a certain point so I tried starting a new post without closing out the old post, and when I went to add it, I lost it as the first post was still a work in progress. Technology SUCKS!

So I vaguely remember some more of what I wrote in my second post..

Something I like "saying" is, "You can't get a job without experience, and you can't get experience without a job."
The other thing I vaguely remember is that there are ways to kind of bypass the system, if you have connections, but for those of us who are anti-social, that seems like an unfair advantage. It's like some rich guy hiring his son to be the CFO of a company rather than someone else who spent years in school and worked their way up from the bottom to get to where they are now.

Here's a common issue that many people have to deal with at some point in their lives.

How does one go about getting a job at a specific location they have applied to numerous times? While they keep applying at one place, they can try for others which may or may not help you gain experience for the position you apply to. Example: I have been trying to get a job shelving books at a bookstore chain in my area. For the past 6 months I have been volunteering at my library, doing the same thing I would at the bookstore, minus being a cashier. I have also worked briefly at a restaurant [they overstaffed so I wasn't fired, nor did I quit]. I would like to talk to the store manager, as they may like me even though for some reason my application hasn't been put on their desk, but if managers talked with every person that wanted a job, they wouldn't get their own work done. Also, every time you ask to talk to the manager about employment opportunities, you are directed to go to the website and apply online.
