As much as I miss the quests, especially when they came out once a week, imagine how many quests they would have to work on. 52 total quests with 3-4 mini quests in each one. That's a lot. Although if they aren't doing much else, I guess they would have the time to come up with quests.
Wow. Thanks for all the responses.. Anyways, what about in the quest forum, starting the topic as "New Quest: DATE", because that seems like the only way to find out if there is a new quest or not because there isn't a tab on the individual profile pages
Can something be done to kind of "downgrade" the quest "pages" because lately when I go to open those little windows, the window does not load, even after waiting minutes. And considering, for some reason, the quests are no longer advertised on the homepage, it makes it impossible to know if there is a new quest or not
Maybe, genius, no one is "having" these problems because all of what, maybe 5 people have reported in this forum. Grow a brain. Just because no one reports something doesn't mean it isn't happening.
Second, umm, like my comments don't need to go in the bug forum because they are about the new format, and they are NAY for it. Perhaps before you created the topic, you should have considered that people would have posted problems with the new pathetic attempt at a layout in here as well, which they already have
yea well not all of us are computer savvy. also!! this new layout f**kin sucks! after so long comicvine logs you out, and with this new pathetic attempt at a layout change, you can not see how to log back in, UNLESS you go to someone's profile page that has a colorful background, and even then, you still won't see your level status and all that.
COMICVINE HAS ROYALLY F**KED THE USERS OVER ON THIS ONE
Oh, and another thing, how about changing the ads to ones that do NOT automatically play upon opening a window. That requires a lot of computer memory or whatnot and can make browsers crash. Merely offering a PAUSE button would be a LOT nicer
I say nay! just accidently moving your mouse over one of the menues makes the screen change. Like the saying goes, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Not to mention the fact that on some browsers, the background is WHITE, you can not see the points bar, your user name, etc. But then again, like the web designers are really going to change the website back to its previous state, so what is the point of this forum?!
Yea so like is comicvine undergoing changes? I'm noticing a lot of crap when I come here. The background is no longer black. Menues are pulled down merely by hovering over it, unlike before when you actually had to click it. Etc
