Tony Stark.has called an meeting with the illuminati that he's gained information about Superman traveling into their universe within 3 days and that they have 3 days of preperation against Supes.He's collected his own team consisting of Dr.doom with an Green Lantern Ring(He's the only one without 3 days prep though),World Breaker Hulk,Gladiator(He's very confident to the point where he thinks he can curbstomp Galactus),Nova,Thor,and 10 clones of the Sentry controlled by Ironman, and Extremis armored Unipowered Ironman
  
1.Current Superman 
2.They face Pre crisis Superman but this time the team has Galactus's entire heralds and even Thanos w/Power Gem and World Breaker hulk gains an red lantern ring and an army of Sentry clones that are unipowered(100 sentrys) and Gladiator is confident to the point where he really thinks he could curbstomp Full powered Galactus,eternity,and Thanos w/Infinity gauntlet at the same time and is also uni-powered,Dr.Doom has 3 days prep here.
 
Both the battles take place on a desolated planet.

I'd say goku wins this...

Actually someone said Cell's regeneration was superior and I said it was probably on par with them [Cell and DP can both regenerate from having their heads blown off]   I call DBZ fighters mediocre because 90% of the time they punch and kick, look at Goku, almost every fight he wins is because of an energy attack or some special ability vs actual skill   DBZ characters usually win fights by being more powerful vs being more skilled  It's Wonder Woman's skill that allows her to beat the crap out of characters like CM and Supes "
