Ok well I have a marvel version of this list too and at the suggestion of Gregorski I'm goin to make a dc version. though I'm not as adept with dc characters, I'll do my best so please feel free to leave some suggestions for characters to help improve this list. Thanks.
Probably one of the most if not the most popular comic character ever. Superman is the icon of DC. In his most powerful forms he has fantastic feats of power such as moving entire multiple planets using his massive physical strength,and heat vision which he once used to such an extent, that he was able to heat the entire earth. He also possesses super breath which he usually uses to form gale force winds but can use it on such a great level that he could if he wished, destroy an entire solar system just by sneezing. His durability is on such a level that he can fly into the core of a sun and remain completely unharmed and actually get stronger since the main source of his power is solar energy. He can move at speeds so fast that he can transcend the speed of light itself and even keep up with the likes of Flash. He also has many powers and abilities aside from those listed here. Though his power fluctuates (and sometimes greatly) he always retains the powers of super strength,speed, heat vision and usually flight. An example of his fluctuating power is that in his golden age form, his physical strength is only estimated to be in the ten ton range and he loses the ability of flight entirely. But usually he is considered to be one of the strongest of all DC characters.
Orion is one the members of the New -gods and regarded as one of the strongest. He has held his own against Wonder woman and even Superman in hand to hand combat indicating that though it hasn't been measured, he has an incredible strength level. When ever he is injured or needs additional energy he can call upon the assistance of "mother box" which can restore him at leat part of his energy. He also possesses a power called the astro-force which is considered to be about as strong as Darkseid's omega force and it is capable (if necessary) of destroying an entire planet.
Darkseid is the leader of Apokalypse. As a "Dark God" he wields unimaginable power, most notably his omega force. It is an energy he projects from his eyes which can do a great many feats. It can bend, pass through matter and energy in order to reach it's target. With this force he can destroy a target (as great as a planet if need be,) transport it elsewhere, transform the target, or utterly erase it from existence. He stand's over 8 feet tall and possesses physical strength on a level to match the unimaginable strength of Superman. Though he is a villain, he does have a sense of honor and is the enemy of notable heroes such as Superman, Orion, and Miracle Man.
The Speedster of DC. He is possibly the fastest of all DC characters able to travel many times faster than the speed of light via speedforce. The speedforce also grants him abilities such as the ability the phase through objects and create a shield around himself that protects him from the incredible speeds, outside interference and even disease.
Hal Jordan is a member of the green lanter corps and the Justice league. He is considered the best of all the green lanterns. The green lantern ring allows energy manipulation and he can for solid energy constructs with it from force field, to rockets to force blatsts etc.
Doomsday is a powerhouse bruiser and arch-enemy of Superman. Easily one of the physically strongest dc characters matching if not surpassing even Superman. Worse even is that he is apparently immortal since every time he is killed, he comes back to life and cannot be killed the same way twice. Even if it takes a thousand years, doomsday will always return and even evolves and gains new powers such as fire breath or gaining a kryptonite exoskeleton.
SHAZAM is the command for Willy Batson to transform into Captain Marvel. In this form he possesses physical attributes including strength speed and durability on par with those of Superman. But he also gains tremendous wisdom and intellect as well as various magical powers and has both defeated and been defeated by the likes of Superman.
