ABILITIES:

Anti Magic: Stone is completely immune to any and all magical, super natural, or spiritual energy. Spells, wards, sympathetic magic, possession, etc, will simply not work on him. Unfortunately, beneficial magic such a healing, teleportation, and the like also will not aid him. Likewise, he can not perceive magic by any means. Can not see any magical effects (though can see the effect magic has on physical objects), phantasms, glamours, etc)
Magic Disruption: Any enchantment, spell, or casting will either be disabled or become unstable if he is within a foot of said magic operation. If he actually touches an enchanted object, or person, any enchantments cease to work. If he were to pass through a ghost, etc, the spiritual/magical being would be disrupted and dissipate.
Senses: Stone's senses, combat senses in particular, have been trained to a peak human level. He can see well in the dark with even a minor light source. Feel movement, an object or person by the changes in air pressure differential with his skin, and hairs on his skin. His hearing is likewise highly acute. His sense of smell isn't as developed, but it still above that of an average perfume tester.
Agility/Reflexes. Stone's agility is just below that of an Olympic gymnast, and his reaction time to any sudden stimuli are at the bleeding edge of peak human. He has been able, in the past, to jerk back, and remove the upper slide of a pistol that was being pointed at him from a foot away, disabling the weapon.
Strength Stone is at the peak of physical strength for his height, weight, and age. He can bench press nearly 600 lbs. Though he practices mostly on developing "explosive power", through striking and throwing training.
Hand to Hand Combat: He is an expert in Aikido, Shotokan Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Ninjutsu, and Krav Magha. Stone is also proficient in Judo, Tao Kwan Do, American Boxing, Fencing, and and Tai Chi Gong. He has incorporated these disciplines into his own unique and eclectic hand to hand combat system.
Armed Comat: Qualified Expert in all NATO and most former Warsaw Pact small arms. Has extensive knowledge and training with various advanced and heavy weapons systems to include, but not limited to: grenade launchers, anti-armor launchers, anti-air launchers, crew served weapons, and has even fired conventional artillery. Stone is a master of Close Quarters Battle with any small arm, and knives. Brimstone is a competent, but not especially talented sniper.
Explosives: Stone is an expert in all military explosive devices and EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal), he is also highly proficient at creating Improvised Explosive Devices.
Detective: Stone if very proficient in the skills and, to a lesser degree, the science of recreating a crime, and following leads to track a crime to its perpetrator. Including fingerprint analysis, interviewing witnesses, complex deduction, reading body language and vocal indicators, database searches, etc.
The Stone: Kyle Brimstone will never become outwardly frightened, frantic, lose morale, or lose self control under any natural or magical means. He is even resistant (but not immune)j to drugs that will cause such affects.
Artist's Knack: No matter how much he yearns otherwise. Stone cannot produce artwork of any aesthetic value. He has studied, practiced, studied under tutors, and actual teachers, who eventually gave up on him in frustration. Stone is almost an anti-artist, period. Even though his soul wants to be an artist very badly.
Stealth: Through intense training and solid discipline, Stone is able to render himself virtually silent even while moving at a jog. Mainly through the study and practice of Ninjutsu, he has learned stretching exercises to limber and eliminate any sounds his joints make; steady his breathing to the point where even breathing under strenuous conditions is no more than a whisper. His normal breathing averages at about 3 decibels, and his intentionally stealthy breathing is .18 decibels, average, healthy human breathing ranks normal 10 decibels. He has also mastered the ability to "sympathy slip" with his clothing. That is, to move in such a way as to glide his body with the movement of any fabric, to greatly reduce friction noises that would normally result.
Amphibious Assault: Stone is certified with all under water breathing apparatus, and is an expert open water diver. He is a skilled but non-expert amphibious assault specialist. Being able to keep all weapons and gear water proofed, and/or floatable.
Airborne/Air Assault: He is highly trained in all forms of insertion by all known types of parachute while carrying up to 200 lbs of gear, and can land within a meter of a specified drop zone. He is also a talented and expertly trained in all forms of rappelling and assault from any VTOL air craft. His preferred method is to "Australian Repel" leaving one hand open for a weapon, and the other hand as a belay. In this manner he can accurately engage an enemy and pin point control his rate of descent.
Parkour: Over the past year Stone has begun training in the French sport of Parkour. Originally, he thought to incorporate it into his fighting system, he has since realized it is far better suited to traversing terrain quickly, as well as enhancing his abilities in escape and foot pursuit. He is still a talented novice, however the fact that Brimstone possesses perfect relative direction (no matter which angle his body is at, he always knows which was is "up" relative to the ground) should help him along in this pursuit.
Melee Improvisation: He is able to turn almost any every day object into an offensive, if not lethal, melee weapon
Magical Theory: While he is unable to perform magic, his extensive training in the theory of magic, especially magical creatures, makes him nearly a text book on how to track, capture, or kill any known (by humans) magic or supernatural creature.
