As it stands, Deadpool has the technique to hold his own against the likes of Wolverine, Cable and even Black Panther....Somehow I doubt one of the greatest boxers will pose much of a challenge. 

Also, you're pitting a boxer against a character that will attack with a variety of moves...Ones that he likely won't be able to defend against.

Deadpool took down Shatterstar with ease....Deadpool also has superior speed and agility.  I see no reason why he shouldn't be able to win here.

...Iron Man solos.  His superior technology topped with the powers it grants him are far too much for any of the characters to handle.  Technically, he could remain airborn and use projecticles to win.

To be simplistic:
Cyclops' team is given the prep and knows when the match begins, the other teams knows of their presence.  They are unaware if the other team has received prep.  Captain America's team is also unaware of Cyclops' team has been given prep.

I forgot to address that. Both teams know the opposite team is searching for them.
