As it is, I'll take Daredevil. The hand ninjas will merely serve as a distraction, they will not manage to land even a lucky strike. While Spider-man is arguably Marvel's greatest acrobat, the Devil isn't far behind, and radar sense, or, at least, the way the Devil utilizes it, may prove superior to Spider-man's spider sense, on this occasion. Against someone he views as a great friend, Spider-man will more than likely hold back, not utilizing his full speed and strength, and with those two elements balanced, and Spider-man more than likely determined to talk Matt out of it, and fend him off, instead of actually fight him, I give Daredevil the edge due to his superior skill, and pressure points knowledge.

This is very good...you may have caused DD to steal my vote here. Motivation is a huge factor in this fight for me, but Spidey 's strength and durability are still a concern. Very, very close.

Nothing to forgive, you are the man. "

I just miss this Deadpool:

Despite my love for DP, I'm still rather confident DD could take a slim majority.  Again, DP's arsenal and location has the potential to alert the outcome.

"How about Kelly's Deadpool? "

Kelly's DP would put up a better effort, but I think Daredevil's radar sense and superior technique could grant him a win.  It's sad there are some characters that have to be judged based on who's writing it..

"So where does this thread stand, the list of feats are confusing and the debate seems to be back and forth. "

Just like VS Bullseye, I think a big factor is DP's gear and location.  A determined Deadpool could give DD a good fight, IMO...But Way's Deadpool....eh, likely get pwned rather quickly.

Scenario: Remember that time Carnage was flown into space and ripped in two by the Sentry? Well guess what? The symbiote has fallen back to earth, landing directly on Bullseye.  What are the odds! (virtually impossible, i'd imagine)  So now, Bullseye retains his fighting abilities, accuracy, and twisted mind set...And is granted Carnage's strength, durability, speed, and symbiotic weaponry.  So, the first thing Bullseye naturally does it test out his abilities...On near-by civilians.  The X-Men and a few others are closest to the scene and respond.  Can they bring down the new Canrage?

Location: By the time the X-Men / allies arrive, all civilains are dead.  Cars and trucks remain.  Fight may go anywhere, there are no boundries.

Rules:

-The X-Men / allies have basic knowledge of the symbiote.
-Character morals apply.
-All characters are eliminated by any means (ko, incapacitation, death)
-Bullseye now has full knowledge of how the use the symbiote (can see from all sides, shoot daggers, create bladed weapons, symbiote sling, etc)
-Cyclops is not allowed to remove his visor.

X-Men:

-Captain America
-Wolverine
-Spider-Man (current)
-Nightcrawler
-Armor
-Gambit (bo-staff, 2 decks)
-Beast
-Cyclops

VS

Carnage (Bullseye)

"Yeah I think that Merc with A Mouth Deadpool would loss horribly, he got owned by Hydra in that book. That should not have happened. "

Ugh, I don't even bother with that title.  I just  can't help but feel like Marvel is trying to jam Deadpool down everyones throats and cash in on it.  Benson however, did a great job with suicide kings.  He was a great writer for Wade.
