Omnipotence means you can do anything (which includes blinking anyone/anything out of existence), to be omnipotent meaning you have no equal, if you have an equal, that means you can't do anything and thus you are not omnipotent, what's hard to understand?

If Presence is omnipotent then he should blink GEB out of existence, if GEB is omnipotent then he should be able to blink the presence out of existence. So Presence and GEB can do anything they want except defeat each other, so that means they are nigh-omnipotent, meaning they can do anything with 1 limitation (cant defeat each other)
