My story for The New X-Factor

The X-Factor's mission is to find new mutants from the aftermath of AVX.

During one of their first missions they find Krystalin a mutant who can create Krystal structures being attacked by Reaper. They save her and before long discover Apocalypse (who is weakened but is still alive) and attempting to create an army with the new mutants. X-Factor has to take on his new Mutant Liberation Front before they can get his hand on more mutants and start a new Age of Apocalypse.

The X-Factor story will go back and forth with discovery of new mutants and the New MLF. The stories dealing with any difficult mutants that cause a ruckus would be stand alone stores with an over all arch dealing with Apocalypse.

Here is a list of mutants that would be on my vision of the X-Factor:

Banshee, Caliban, Callisto, Micromax, Flubber, and Krystalin.

List items

  • Leader of the team.

    Long history of leadership, and worked with both professor X, and Mactaggert.

  • Caliban is the #2 in the team.

    Having multiple reasons for being on the team.

    1st a great tool in looking for mutants.

    And also wanting to help new mutants before the likes of Apocalypse can find them and destroy their lives.

  • Callisto is great at understanding a mutant's powers (sometimes more than the person.) Using her tactical ability to quickly handle any difficult mutants.

  • Micro is skilled at moving without being seen, a great asset when looking for mutants and not wanting to make a scene.

  • Joined as his first time adult team. He is always there to help the weird looking mutants.

    He is not fully ready to deal with the likes of the NEW MLF. Having to grow up fast in their first few dealings with the MLF.

  • One of the first mutants that they discovered and saved from Reaper. She joins the team.

  • This is where the bad guys start.

    Apocalypse is trying to recruit new mutant's to his side and starting a new "Age of Apocalypse"

    He is greatly weakend and must use Ahab who saved him as a protector until he is able to be restored to his true glory.

    He has some reservation for Ahab true reason for coming back in time and saving Apocalypse.(his questions will be solved during the on-going arch of the story.)

  • Abah comes from the future and saves Apocalypse from death. He save him but was unable to fully restore Apocalypse. Apocalypse has him prep a new MLF to obtain new mutants for his cause.

    He serves as the eye's for Apocalypse,

    He watches over Black Tom to insure loyalty to his master.

    He is always looking for recruitment to his hounds.

    And constantly looking for the runaway-Caliban to kill.

    (His true motive is to find a new mutant that is created during AVX that has the potential of absorbing Apocalypse's power creating a creature that Ahab can twist and control for his own and having the ultimate hound. Essentially making possible for Ahab to rewrite history and become the new leader for the future Age of Apocalypse.

  • Black Tom is the leader for the New MLF team.

    Picked because of his knowledge of Banshee to out think and figure out X-factor's plans and also he is easy to control for Abah.

    Black is willing to join because of his hatred for the X-men and Banshee.

    (also having fire blast come out of wood is just sweet)

  • Her unique mutant ability of manipulation can be used to persuade others to Apocalypse cause.

  • If Lorelei fails than Reaper is brought in to stun any difficult mutants for transport.

  • Able to teleport to any mutant's quickly and gather information to the team.

  • Ready to burn any non-complaint mutants.

  • The strong arm (or 4) of the team of the group.
