@Z3RO180: Wouldn't you be mad if one of your favorite series is ruined by a series you have to interest in reading? I don't like Grant Morrison. Everything he does is garbage. I also don't like Batman Inc's art. I can get over what happens. But the fact that it doesn't happen in Batman and Robin really pisses me off.

totally agree, Morrison is just using the death of Damian to make his horrible and completely (lack of a better word) retarded idea of Batman Inc to end in a epic finale but killing a character just for shock value is lame and shows poor writing skills, and lack of creativity. (like how he killed Batman) Lazy

this

thankfully Moronison's run is almost complete

Not happy that Age of Apocalypse is ending, even less happy that it is going out as part of this crossover. I really have no interest in the other two series.

This makes me feel much more confident about DC recent cancellations of I,Vampire, Team 7, and Deathstroke and the creative team reshuffle on Constantine. The Larfleeze announcement has me worried about the longevity of Threshold though. The $3.99 price point is a death sentence for Dark and Edge series.

More press for Black Bat, but nothing on the Miss Fury ongoing from Dynamite. Guess Rob Williams need to start talking the series up.

Jim Aparo would hide easter eggs featuring the character that would be co-starring with Batman in the next issue of the Brave and the Bold. I used to love looking for the easter eggs as much as the reading the stories. Oh how I miss the old days.

I am a little curious about the lack of coverage from the comic sites regarding the Miss Fury ongoing.

Similarly, fans seem to be very vocal that they want more female leads in comics, but I don't really see the followup via fans actual purchasing these series. For example, Captain Marvel is on the verge of cancellation (looks like it will breach the 20k line of death at Marvel soon) even though it is supposed to be a great read featuring a strong female lead.

@Avenging-X-Bolt: Yes, there was a definite musical chairs of both writers and characters during that period. Too bad, I would have liked to have seen more of both Bedard's and Dixon's work on the Outsiders.

@lightsout: 52 was my favorite. The novelization concentrated on Black Adam, Booster Gold, and the Question(s). I was only reading it because of the Question/Batwoman/Crime Bible connection, but the Black Adam part was amazing, and I hate to say it, for the first time ever I enjoyed reading Booster Gold.

If you like the work Cox did on the others, you should enjoy this as well.

Catwoman lasted about three issues on Dixon's Outsiders? Very curious how Johns is going to write the characters and justify her joining any team.
