I can tell you some of them, but not all. Fesak has been the one renaming them in order to help fix a ton of problematic links, so he can probably give you all of them. We've both been creating some new characters with the format, though I'm not 100% sure the format is permanent or not. Until someone from staff chimes in, I was under the impression that this may be temporary to help with the fixes.
For those who don't know the problem, I'll use the dreaded Ray Palmer/Ryan Choi as an example: for most of the Silver Age, Ray Palmer was the Atom. All appearances of the Atom were tagged to that entry. Then, Ryan Choi became the Atom, and the same entry was used. Then, someone created a separate entry on Ray Palmer. Over the course, a lot of entries were tagged with both Ray Palmer and the Atom. Now, Ryan Choi is dead and Ray Palmer is back. But now we have two Atom pages (one called the Atom, and one called Ray Palmer) and no Ryan Choi pages. So Fesak renamed Atom to Atom (Choi) and Ray Palmer to Atom (Palmer ), but now Atom (Choi) has hundreds of more appearances than he should. Well, he did, until I removed about 400 of them.
I've been keeping track of the ones I've been fixing on a wordpad doc, with the intention of moving it to the Mantle page when complete (mainly 'cause it would look weird only having a couple in a new format). I can move the parenthesis renames now, if you all want.
