Mantle Hero Cleanup!

Going through and cleaning up all of the DC Mantle Heroes, at the suggestion of fesak. My goal is to:
- Make sure different character entries exist for each wearer of the mantle
- Make sure each entry has the right appearances attached to them
- Write up a character entry that fits Red L.A.M.P.'s standard for each of the characters
- Clean-up and flesh out the characters' Teams, Friends, and Enemies.
- Make sure the images are assigned to the right character
Here is where I'll keep track of who I've done as I knock them off:
Quality Comics Golden-Age Heroes:

- Magno ( Tom Dalton, unnamed)
- Red Bee ( Richard Raleigh, Jenna Raleigh)
- Red Torpedo ( Jim Lockhart)
For some reason, I've taken to doing the old Quality Comics characters first, since I have been reading their old issues...
