I dislike Spider-Man, I can't help it. I find him to be... kinda whiney and annoying. Storm bores me to death and Thing I find to be tasteless and repetitive.

@Joygirl: I agree with that, he can be... difficult to read at times especially Tomasi's run (killing animals and canon fodder? really?). Hopefully it gets better and not worse, the kid has too many positive influences around him for him to continually act that way.

The people who say those type of things are just fanboys who overrate their favorite characters. You really shouldn't let fanboys dictate your opinions on things. Just read some Daredevil comics, the amount of ass kicking he takes makes it almost laughable that you think he's too powerful.

If you do decide to read Daredevil comics, I'd recommend you read Brian Michael Bendis's run from the early 2000's or Mark Waid's current run on Daredevil.

@wolverine08: I like Daredevil but he's been miraculously powerful for someone who doesn't even have peak human conditioning (excluding his agility) and with nothing but clubs. I don't believe that in the battle of the week, 52% said Daredevil would win, while 42% said Nightwing. Also, you know what I'm talking about because you've read Wolverine: Enemy of the State. He was able to hold off 20 Hand ninjas AND a mind controlled Wolverine in a crowded room...at the same time. His agility isn't superhuman but somehow he wasn't even touched

His agility is superhuman, and he's one of the top 10 most skilled fighters in the Marvel U. And that fight with Wolverine and those hand ninjas was due to Matt skillfully using his superhuman agility and radar sense together. If he had just tried to straight up brawl, Wolverine probably would have killed him.

@wolverine08: why would his agility be superhuman? here in his bio, it says that his agility may surpass that of an Olympic athlete. it makes no sense for his agility to be heightened when he's blind. I just don't get how he'll be able to avoid that many Hand ninjas surrounding him in a circle in his small living room. Seriously, if he dodges one ninja, he's almost guaranteed to accidentally run into another. They each have swords too, which gives him even less room to move. And I still don't think Daredevil would beat Batman, let alone Nightwing...

I honestly wouldn't trust wiki or bios on the internet. Marvel's official encyclopedia states that he is superhumanly agile, and most of his stories play with this. In fact, Daredevil's superhuman agility has often been the only reason he has managed to survive. His agility and reflexes are his only physical attributes that are superhuman. The rest of his physicals are that of a very athletic human.

And I have to disagree with you about Daredevil beating Batman or Nightwing. Without equipment, he'd beat Nightwing, and stalemate Batman. He's gone up against most of Marvel's best hand to hand fighters like Wolverine, Captain America, Iron Fist, Black Panther, etc., and should be superior to Nightwing and be an equal to Batman.
