fair enough , i was late to the DC world so i missed out on what everyone missed before the reboot

I like Harley better as a somewhat crazy gangster moll with an on again off again relationship with Joker and Ivy. This new Harley basically a femJoker with skank factor that is forced to do the gov't dirty work.

@Joygirl: I really only want her powers back and her backstory with the sirens. Personality wise, I think the new Harley is better because she still retains her humor (not as funny as the old one, but getting there) and she's a lot more independent. It was kind of annoying seeing her pinball between joker and ivy all the time. If anyone's character was assassinated, it was her currently fling Deadshot. When Adam Glass writes Floyd's character he should follow this simple rule, if he goes a full issue without saying "Deadshot's a total d@#k", then he isn't writing him in character.

Look at what I did in Gotham Hearts/Secret Six -- she's away from Joker and not under Ivy's thumb either, but she has her powers and she has her SOUL intact. This new Harley is just a different person, they tried to change so many aspects at once that she is unrecognizable.

She is to the old Harley what H'el is to Bizarro, only with H'el DC realized that it was too different and made him his own character, and with Harley they didn't.

She don't have to be the "old" Harley Quinn, but bring back the aspects of her that made her so lovable in the first place, because clowns in booty shorts trying desperately to tap their leader ain't sexy and ain't likable.

If I get any more specific I'll just confuse poor DC. :P They'll be like "Make her loveable... so, what, put a heart on her chest? Oh, no, we will ditch the corset and give her a string bikini top! And have her have sex with Deadshot and King Shark at the same time! Everyone will love that!"

this, i loved her but every time she went back to the Joker, i wanted to punch her in the face.

I don't have much of a problem with New 52 Harley.
