Sure Stormy here is know as the former queen of Wakanda and a weather witch, but heck even she had her own share of thieving back in the day. Furthermore I'm not just talking when she was de-aged, let's call it being born and raised in the streets of Cairo. So now you know the "true" reason she's on this list.

Who am I kidding, if I forgot this character what would you call me? Anywho, Selina has had her up and downs when it comes to written characterization. However, when it comes to art I feel she is hard to screw up. If you ask me Adam Hughes' take on her is how I picture this frisky feline burglar.
