Click that, look there. Your question will be answered. If it hasn't been already, you'll have a much more knowledgeable fanbase for both those characters to answer.

@BlackArmor: True, but the OP asked 'Why are these two guys at each others throats lately?' Answer: Cyclops is acting kind of like Magneto, but Charles doesn't have the mutual respect for Scott that he had for Magneto, so he's less subtle about his disagreement.

@BlackArmor: Not so much in action as in doctrine, all 'Humans will never accept us, we must fight or we will go extinct', etc, etc. While he has a point (Magneto always did), he just doesn't have the same gravitas that Magneto had.

@MasterJohn said:

I disagree, whatever they build, if it has even the slightest vernaublity, Atom Ant could infiltrate it, and finish whatever contraption they made. Mighty Mouse would just be as a distraction. What will they do to Atom Ant if they can't even hurt him? Also, what will they do to Bugs Bunny, or Mighty Mouse? I can see them easily blowing Sensei Wu to pieces, unless he used his Golden weapons in defense, Anyway, what can they do to them?

Again, they break the laws of physics with what they build, they have a decent amount of toonforce on their side all on their own. And I repeat: They can build things to warp time and space in the space of a few hours, for kicks. With a full summer of prep against their enemies, with Isabella (I think that was her name) and her crew doing recon on the targets so Phineas and Ferb know their weaknesses, or if they have none, at least how to defend against or incapacitate them? Even if they can't hurt Atom, what's stopping them from sending him into limbo or some other alternate dimension from which he can't escape? As for Bugs, while he may have god like levels of toonforce:

I believe Phineas and Ferb could match, if not overcome it with toonforce empowered science. Not really sure who Mighty Mouse is, but if they can incapacitate Bugs, I'm sure a Mouse won't be a problem.

Cyclops went all 'old school Magneto', but he doesn't have the dignity, age, or respect to pull it off with the same aplomb that Magneto did. So Prof X is having NONE OF IT. Hence their disagreements.

@Agent9149: But in that case, they're not doing it because THEY THINK it's wrong, they're doing it because SOCIETY thinks it's wrong, and they want to show off. They want attention, that's their reason for doing it. They think they deserve that attention, so they do something they know society would frown upon to get that attention. They don't think it's wrong, it's just a means to an end to them. So again, the OP's definition of 'someone who does something wrong knowing it's wrong' doesn't hold up, because they don't believe what they're doing, to them personally, is wrong.

@Agent9149: Yes, but knowing it was wrong, and THINKING it was wrong are two very different things. Knowing means they knew, from a lawful stand point, it was bad. But did they morally think it was actually wrong? No, they wanted it, they took it, they didn't get caught. So it was right, from their point of view. The only reason they considered it wrong on ANY level was because their are laws in place where men with guns come and lock you up if you get caught. That's not knowing what's wrong, that's fear of what happens if you got caught.

...

Was that too confusing? I think I rambled too much.

@WorldBreakerHulk616: That's a decent story, but it's a bit of a retread of World War Hulk, and Planet Hulk before it. I'd like to see a Godbreaker Hulk, personally, just to see what he'd do. Try this on for size:

Banner's been locked in Hulk's head for a while (following the current atrocious line of comics). When Hulk gets into a casual brawl with Thor, whose upset that Banner appears to have been suppressed entirely within the Hulk, Kid Loki makes contact with Banner inside Hulk's mind. Banner manages to trick the young, naive Trickster into letting him out using magic. Appearing to be cured of his insanity, Banner thanks Thor and Loki and goes on his way. But now, having seen that the magic of the gods can truly do, giving him control over the Hulk, Banner sets out on a plan to steal it for his own use. However, the all seeing eye of Odin falls upon his efforts as Bruce makes contact with Red She-Hulk, hoping to enlist her help in his crusade. When she agrees, Odin strikes her down, and does the same to Bruce. Watching Betty die yet again, before his eyes and in his arms, Banner snaps and transforms into an all-new, Hulk. One fueled by both Banner's insanity, and his rage at the Gods. All of Banner's intelligence, and the rage to kill a god-

We're not talking about you, get out.

Anyway, continuing from where I left off: Enough rage to kill a god, (while simultaneously taking care of the rather bad Red She-Hulk), this new Hulk sets out on a crusade against all Gods, starting with Odin, and moving onto Zeus when he tries to help Odin from some age-old alliance.

@VercingetorixTheGreat: And those men are crazy. But are they evil? They don't think so. They don't consider the acts they do wrong, so the OP's definition of 'true evil' does not hold for them.
