@spinningbirdcake: It seems to be implied in a previous issue that Vyndktvx altered reality to kill the Kents. Mr. Nxly had one more chance to change reality but Superman made a promise to the people of Mars in the issue with The Multitude that he would save them and chose for her to bring them back instead.

I feel like it was a epic run that ended in a appropriate way I like that Superman could have resurrected his mother but instead saved the people on Mars.

Agree it was a little wordy very interested in where Alan Scott's story goes.

Heretic (Damian's clone/brother) and Ellie have both been characters in Morrison's run so this issue pays off more if you read the whole run. Grant Morrison did not create Damian although he did make the current version by him the first time Batman and Talia had a son was in Son of the Demon.

Normally I am pro spoiler but with this issue it was inevitable. Many readers and fans have suspected the story would come to this months ago. I remember reading the last Batman Inc volume and dreading the line when Bruce says someone would die. This story should drive Bruce for years.

It was hard to read knowing what was coming both by paying attention to the story and DC's promotion. Though I do see how the impact could have been lessened by the spoiler if you weren't prepared for it. Really emotional issue.

I can imagine Tim will play a part in the story later.

Action 17 seems to take place in the background of the entire series. The Superman statue was the New 52 costume.

Would hate it if Harper Row becomes a permanent part of Batman. Think she is bland and would hate to lose Damian.

One of the Earths in Multiversity was suppose to be a world where Damian became Batman and Chris Kent became Superman that does sound like an Ultimate DC Earth just like Earth 2.

A very intriguing book looks to be a great mini.

It's a really good book Robinson is writing did seem a little cliche to see the World Army be antagonistic to Jay. But that is something I think was implied already.

The man in the issue is The Hood a British spy Batman. The statue in Action Comics looked like it had the normal costume I also believe that the next issue of Action Comics will address some questions about the new Doomsday.

The method of solving mysteries in Jeph Loeb's comics: whoever died is behind it all.

Snyder is not the first to write Batman as making mistakes pre-Infinite Crisis was building up those failures until he was forced to change as seen in 52. No you do not get interesting stories where the hero is always on top but sometimes as RIP shows making Batman smart and savvy is interesting and it is sometimes too easy just to write someone who can only fail. Also there is a different between Batman being flawed and just being stupid sometimes.

One of the best book DC puts out, best Batman book and this issue really feels like it will be a big moment in the long run.
