Goku isnt as fast as freeza, he turns ssj he faster than freeza. Goku has to dodge freezas deathbeams that killed vegeta. He turns ssj he takes them directly to the face. Goku fighting vegeta cant hurt vegeta goku uses kaoiken he becomes stronger than vegeta. this has been told to you, and shown to you many times already. "

SS4 Goku can convert energy attacks into Ki for himself, is faster, better,stronger than any other Goku Transformation and is more talented and trained martial artist and mentally stable, it suck to be Superboy Prime while a Saiyan it's ticking me off... 
But Prime is stronger and tougher, so that's why I think that a fight like taht could be a tie, and if Superboy Prime doesnt haves his armor his power could reduce if the fight prolongues, and all the Supermna-like powerset people usually dont dodge attacks they take it head on 'couse of their virtual invulnerability, so if Prime tries to stop Kame-Hame X 10 with his chest is gonna hurt.  Other variable is that Prime cannot detect Ki and he cannot discover the fluctuation of power, and the character of DB are skilled martial artist in synergy with increased reflexes and experience and taking in account that Superboy fights using his strenght and dont know techniques his movements, fast or not could be easy to read for someone as skilled as Goku  But Prime Strenght and toughness could be a deciding factor "
