Here is a list off the comics I got this week and what I rate them. I have also reviewed some of these issues in Reviews above or http://www.comicvine.com/profile/johnkmccubbin91/reviews/ if easier. I will state which issues I haven't reviewed.

Didn't like the Fantastic Four Age of Ultron tie-in? I liked it a lot I would rate it a 4.

@broo1232: I liked it, but felt it slightly unnecessary, and not as good as the main series. I was toying between a 3 and a 4, and if there were still 3.5's would probably give it that, but felt it was closer to a 3.

@johnkmccubbin91: Understandable I would give it a 4 I don't think it was unnecessary as Sue Storm is going to play a big role in the event and they needed to be brought into play somehow.

@broo1232: Yeah, it wasn't by much, and now I come to think of it although not better than a 3, the issue was better than Superman #18.

@johnkmccubbin91: I liked it probably will review it now as I want to review the majority of the AoU tie-ins. Also what did you think of Uncanny Avengers?

@broo1232: I'm hoping to find time to review the AoU tie-ins that I get, but doubt I will. I'm also not getting every tie-in, just getting the ones from the series' I normally get plus the Ultron one (did the mistake of getting too many tie-ins for AvX).

I really liked it, and it's my personal favourite issue of the series so far. Loved Coipel's art, and I also liked seeing the introduction of Wonder Man and Wasp to the team as they are two classic Avengers that I've missed. Also liked the end and am looking forward to the next issue (which surprisingly isn't long till it's out).

@johnkmccubbin91: I can understand that and will only be reviewing the FF, Uncanny Avengers and Wolverine and the X-men tie-ins as there the most interesting. Those are the only ones I'm getting for definite.

It is the best issue although I really like the series anyway Coipel was great and all the characters were great. Just wondered as you gave it a 4.

@broo1232: Besides the two that have been out I'm only getting Ultron (like I said) and Uncanny Avengers, but depends on what else is mentioned whether I get any more than that.

I've liked the series, but the description boxes have sometimes slowed it down, but overall the series has been brilliant. Again I was considering giving it a 5 (would have given it a 4.5 on the old site), and may change my mind after I read it again, but although I liked the introduction of Wasp and Wonder Man it didn't do much to progress the series, and it's only the good writing and art that makes it as good as it is. I also preferred Guardians and only gave it a 4

@johnkmccubbin91: I admit I'm biased towards Coipel as he's my favourite artist and I love everything he has done. I think it did progress the series quite a lot with the Apocalypse twins introduced and the new members also the possible problems that could occur in the future with the team and how they interact with each other.

@broo1232: I kind of thought that, but I'm the same with Jim Lee, and any artist I like. Yeah it did there but that was only a fraction of the issue. Again I agree, but it basically felt like a bit of a buddy issue, with the new characters getting eased in, and although I liked that it's not the sort of thing I usually give 5 stars to, although I would probably have given it 4.5 on the old site as I said.

@johnkmccubbin91: I generally like that kind of story I mean there's not many any more and with fairly big arcs happening which have major consequences for the book so it bridges the previous arc and the next arc nicely.

Posted by johnkmccubbin91

@broo1232: Yeah it did that nicely, but for a 5 star issue I look for something that's emotionally brilliant, or generally epic, but that's me.

Posted by broo1232

@johnkmccubbin91: I understand that but I think what made it a 5 was because it continues the Dark Angel Saga and the series has really improved which made it a 5 for me.

Posted by johnkmccubbin91

@broo1232: Fair enough, but again that was only a fraction of the issue in my opinion, although I see it getting better.

@johnkmccubbin91: It made it for me as I have read and re-read that arc over and over. (Also I love Kang)

Posted by johnkmccubbin91

@broo1232: I'm not saying that I didn't love the Dark Angel Saga cause I did, and I liked the Kang appearance also, it was just that this really only took up a fraction of the issue, but when the story progresses it should be brilliant.

@johnkmccubbin91: I feel as though this is the aftermath of the last arc and the beginning of the next arc with the aftermath of the Red Skull's attack but also the parts with Kang and the Apocalypse twins and the ending.
