Maybe it's not the same, but it's similar enough. I'm vegan and I've encountered many, many people who try to "convert" me into eating meat again. I always try to tell them that I'm not going to discuss my personal beliefs with anyone, and if I'm not as obnoxious as to try to "convert" them (something I always try to avoid), they should be at least as respectful to you as you are to them. 
 
And if they still insist, just casually dismiss the topic. Ignore whatever has to do with religion and try to bring up another topic. They'll tire out, eventually.

"My biggest gripe would be how insanely bulky one Mr. Grayson is looking on the cover of Batman #705, he's not a stick bug by any means, but he's way too bulky there, hope the interior art has a different look.   And I agree, Paul Dini and his not being able to keep up with Streets of Gotham since it launched last summer has been very annoying, I'm kind of hoping after "House of Hush" Streets gets nixed. What do you think? It's a great month to be a Bat-fan. The only thing that's pissing me off is the huge delay in House of Hush. The first part came months ago, then we got the (reasonably good) Two-Face main... and part 3 in December? I assume part 2 is due for November, but still...
