Appears just outside the door to the Ice Mansion.  Walks in slowly looking all around at all the marvelous things inside.  Her visit has a purpose, she seeks the God of Thunder.  Finding him alone in a room, sitting in a chair she speaks softly
 
The time has come, my prince.  The time is at hand.   She looks at him without another word, knowing he realizes she speaks the truth.

Suddenly a bright light appears, and a lone figure comes forth from the light. She stands alone, with her sword of authority at her side. She comes for one purpose and that purpose is to make a proclamation.

Hear my words, you mortals, hear my words and tremble, for he who was lost is now found, He who had lost hope has found it. He shall soon return and woe is unto all those who are evil, and those who pretend to be good but are indeed evil in disguise. Woes to you fake heroes, and those who do evil to mankind. Righteous Indignation comes for you; prepare your souls for the honorable judge comes for you all.

And as quickly as she appeared, she turned and vanished. The bright light follows quickly behind her.
