I haven't tried to post pics here before, but I'm going to try and post a pic of my family at the Smallville Comics birthday this week. Thought it would be nice to see a bunch of home-made Deadpool outfits from different posters.

I'm pretty new myself, but I've enjoyed the one shots, esp Lady Deadpool. I didn't enjoy prelude to deadpool cor though.

There's a Dark Reign storyline that's good.

Hell, it's Deadpool, as long as he's being followed around by little yellow boxes it's all good.

Gotta warn you though that he's very addictive!

well i got a chuck norris bbm this week saying "chuck norris and superman had a bet on which of them would win in a fight; the loser had to wear his underpants on the  outside."

seriously though dude, that's just a silly question, on account of the fact that as we all know, Chuck doesn't do pushups, he pushes the world down. :D

that's because Thor sucked. sorry guys; i know everyone seems to have loved Thor, but i thought the plot was weak and the characters shallow. and please; like 1 night of drinking in your 48 hours on earth is enough to turn you from an idiot into a deep, caring dude. graphics were awesome but i thought the rest sucked.

i like green lantern though. believable characters and story line.

A comic shop here arranged a screening last friday night - i thought it was great! i'm not familiar with Green Lantern, but it did a good job of appealing to fans and non-fans alike i though.

So my 10 year old son bough his first few collectable comics yesterday. He's decided to collect "death" issues; so he has the Death of Superman and varients of Death of Spiderman; Captain America (can't remember title) and Fall of the Hulks.

Must admit I came home beaming that he'd used his pocket money for comics - next month he'll buy frames for them.

But it got me thinking; is there a comic forum for kids? I'm not happy with him on general forums. And this is such a positive and healthy interest, I'd like him to explore it more.

What did you think? I didn't like it - can't put my finger on why though.

3 D graphics were great but I thought the characters were flat and the storyline was poor. It didn't get to the point where there was real emotion. LIke where Thor has his whole turnaround after a night of drinking - it was too fast and didn't really ring true. Ditto for the love thing with Natalie Portman. I also thought Loki was particularly poorly developed although he was cast well.

Nope; it gets as many thumbs as I can recruit down for me. They could have done so much more in terms of depth.
