The inevitable has arrived, the first appearance of Mega Man X is set to happen in the first of a two-part special feature titled "The X-Factor" in this months Mega Man #34. The Mega Man comic has been great so far if you aren't picking it up, so naturally the only way it can be better is with some Mega Man X action in 21XX.
If it happened in the first three seasons of Voyager, I assure you I forgot about it.
I will remind everyone reading this blog that Scotty wore a red shirt for a long time without incident. ;)
What I've noticed with Zenescope is the drastic difference in quality of art on the cover and of the story. Now, regular mainstream comics typically have better art on the cover than the interior, but Zenescope is leagues different. At least this is the experience I've had with any I've picked up. I'm interested every now and again, but the amazing covers with the bland interiors always turns me away.
But I have noticed GFT has been putting out a lot more books lately. I hope they are good and have been doing well.
I guess I was the only one crossing my fingers that Galactus would finally get to consume Earth?
I was worried about Slott on the Silver Surfer and reading this confirmed my fears. Awful, out of character dialogue. The book might as well be called The Silver Surfer Comedy Variety Hour. I'll still give it a little while to see where it goes, but this turned my stomach.
