@rapest_of_super_heros: That's not how the Infinity Gauntlet works. You can't just put it on and be all powerful. You have to have the knowledge to understand how to use each and every gem, how they can work in unison and how to control the immense powers contained in each of them. Without this knowledge, you would destroy yourself or possibly the entire universe.

Goku has none of this knowledge. A good example is how easily the Gauntlet was taken from Nebula, who did not have the knowledge to use the Gauntlet properly.

If you want to get really technical, after the Infinity War the gems were made to never work in unison again by the Living Tribunal, so it doesn't matter if he did have the Gauntlet and all the gems.

I love the guy, but Goku is far too stupid to properly wield the Infinity Gauntlet

@TheRegalBeast: among various battles in the battle forum, there is also this topic that's been going. Problem is, I think in most cases people are either fans of the Surfer or fans of Thor. It's one of those arguments that will never be conclusive. I still believe the Surfer would win.

I'd never refer to myself as a collector, but I definitely keep, bag and board every issue I buy. I also bought two issues of the death of the Human Torch, on to read and one to leave in its bag. I'm a FF fan for the longest time, I couldn't help myself.

On that note, I don't have any illusions of becoming rich from my comics. Hopefully one day I'll get my children to share my passion, and someone else could make some money off them after I'm dead.

@ThanoStomp: You are both right. When Galactus banished the Surfer to Earth, some of his power was removed. That's what Galactus meant by "I can undo what was done in anger." The Silver Surfer truly is the most powerful of the heralds, being Galactus' favored heralds and based off of a childhood fantasy Galactus had when he was simply Galen of a previous universe.

Among the many examples I could give that his powers were increased, the easiest and closest example to his power up was after Thanos was killed in Annihilation. Drax released the Surfer, who was severely low on energy. The only way to release Galactus was to use the device Thanos devised, something that could only be operated by a being of Thanos' power level. In his weakened state he was able to do this. Up until then, Thanos had easily defeated Surfer in all of their physical encounters.

@TheDVillain: I don't think you can change them once they are submitted.

Also, your link doesn't work and I really don't know how to get to the question to delete it. I tried everything I could think of (from She Hulk's page, from your page, from the trivia page).

@danhimself: Are they reprinting it issue by issue?

I might pick it up. I guess I should when the guy who reads every comic every week recommends it. :-P

@danhimself: Zombies aren't my thing. I hear it's good, but I don't think I am comfortable with starting on issue 82.
