I'm sensing a "What if Superman never came to earth because his ship accidentally crashed into some really big space ship that was randomly floating in space" story. I'd say Geoff Johns is going to write it.

@SuperShafe: That's what I had in mind except at the end of The Nail, he ends up becoming Superman anyway. In this story, he dies because his ship crashes into another thus no Superman to save the day at the end of The Nail.
